The machine uses a two-track dial and a four-track cylinder configuration. Its central knitting components are CNC-machined as an integrated assembly. A German wire race bearing system and high-precision upper and lower synchronous gears support stable operation.
By changing the needle and cam arrangement and adding a spandex feeding system, the machine can produce interlock, mesh, rib, twill, spacer, double pique, stretch, and small-jacquard fabrics.
The 2.1-feeders-per-inch configuration supports 1x1, 2x2, and needle-out rib structures.
